What Payments Do We Accept?

All our payments are processed through PayPal, where you can pay with a PayPal account or use your debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express). The payment process is straightforward, secure, and you are protected against unauthorized payments. 
To pay with your card without a PayPal account, use Guest Checkout and select "Pay with a debit or credit card…" on the payment page. 

PayPal places restrictions on how often you can use their Guest Checkout feature. If you run into any trouble or have any questions about PayPal's Guest Checkout, please contact PayPal directly.

Flat Rate of $9.90 per item Australia Wide on all orders. 
If we receive your order before 2PM AEST (Mon-Fri) and the item you purchased is in stock, your order will be dispatched that day. If the item you ordered is not in stock we will advise you by email with an expected delivery date within 24 hours.
Delivery Times 
We use Australia Post to deliver your goods. Delivery times vary based on location and subject to Australia Post network terms and conditions: 
Eastern Australia (metro areas) - Expect delivery within 4 business days. 
Western Australia (metro areas) - Expect delivery within 7 business days. 
Rural and Regional Areas - Rural and regional areas generally take up to 7 business days. 
Order Tracking 
You will receive an email to track your package when your item is dispatched. The email will contain a tracking ID and a link so that you can check the delivery status of your order via the Australia Post online tracking tools.
If you're not at home when your parcel arrives, a card with instructions will be left. 
Changing Shipping Address 
The order will be sent to your designated shipping address. Your shipping address can be changed, as long as your order has not left the Cheap Work Boots warehouse. To change your shipping address, contact our Customer Service as soon as possible on 0294171292 or email service@cheapworkboots.com.au stating your order number and new shipping  address. 
International Shipping 
We do not currently offer shipping outside of Australia. 
Public Holidays 
We are not able to ship orders on NSW public holidays.
Returns & Refunds

Return the item(s) in their original condition for a full refund or credit for the purchase price to:

Your goods must be returned in new and unused condition including the original box which must be intact.
Returns will not be accepted if postage stickers are stuck to the box as the boxes are considered part of the product.
If your goods show any evidence of wear it will be returned to you and no refund/credit will be issued.
Please try on shoes or boots on a carpeted surface to ensure no damage occurs to the soles. Shoes showing signs of wear on the sole, or with a missing or damaged box, will not be accepted for return. 


We will issue a refund within 3-5 days of receiving the goods.Your refund will be issued through the same transaction method used to make the original purchase. If the product was ordered with a promotional voucher or coupon, we reserve the right to refund any amounts due to you by issuing you a voucher to the value of the order.
Faulty Products
Our Quality Control team try to ensure that all products are of a high quality when they leave the warehouse. 
All our products are covered under the manufacturers warranty. For specific details of these warrantees, please refer to the manufacturers website.
In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect, please email a photo and details of the defect to service@cheapworkboots.com.au. We will then consult with the manufacturer. If the product is found to be faulty, we will send you an Australia Post sticker or bag.
Once we receive the goods, a full refund or replacement will be issued.
