Purpose-built for extreme smelter environments, these 230mm safety boots combine flame-retardant leather with specialised protection against radiant heat, impact and liquid metal exposure. The non-intrusive metatarsal guard protects the vulnerable upper-foot area, while a broad-fitting Type 1 steel safety toe provides 200J impact protection. Ultra-tough toe scuff protection and full Kevlar® stitched seams further reinforce the boot for demanding industrial applications.

Protection is matched with underfoot support for long shifts. Ssoftherm® insulation helps shield against radiant heat, while XRD® Technology provides targeted impact absorption through the forefoot and heel. A shock-absorbing PU midsole and Comfort Arch footbed add cushioning, complemented by a heavy-duty rubber outsole engineered for grip, durability and resistance to temperatures up to 300°C.

Change-of-mind and wrong-fit returns or exchanges can be requested within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date.

Products must be new, unwashed and in resaleable condition with all labels and swing tags attached. Footwear must only be tried on carpet and returned with the original box in new condition.

Return postage for change-of-mind or incorrect-size returns is the responsibility of the customer.

Some products are excluded from change-of-mind returns.

Blundstone footwear purchased from an approved reseller is covered by the Blundstone 30 Day Comfort Guarantee. Correctly fitted footwear can be tried for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. If the footwear is not comfortable, it may be returned in accordance with Blundstone's guarantee conditions.

The original purchase receipt is required and return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Footwear must not be damaged.
