Shipping
What is the shipping cost within Australia?
We offer a flat rate of $25 per item for Australia-wide shipping on all orders. Gumboots have a shipping rate of $23 per item. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping within Australia.
When will my order be dispatched?
If we receive your order before 2PM AEST (Mon-Fri) and the item is in stock, your order will be dispatched the same day. If the item is not in stock, we will notify you via email with an expected delivery date within 24 hours.
What are the delivery times?
Eastern Australia (metro areas): Within 4 business days.
Western Australia (metro areas): Within 7 business days.
Rural and Regional Areas: Generally up to 7 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is placed you should receive a confirmation email to the email you provided on your order. Please check your junk folder if you have not received it or reach out to us at service@cheapworkboots.com.au . If you have ordered before 12pm on a week day your order will be dispatched unless an item is on backorder. If you are using the SHOP app the order progress will be visible under order history. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your order tracking information. We ship all orders via Australia Post unless prior arrangement is made.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
You can change your shipping address as long as your order has not left our warehouse. Contact our Customer Service on 0294171292 or email service@cheapworkboots.com.au with your order number and new shipping address.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally at this time. We ship Australia wide with Australia Post.
Do you ship on public holidays?
We are not able to ship orders on NSW public holidays.
What does backorder mean?
If a product you have ordered or your invoice states “backorder” this means that the product you have purchased is most likely going to be dispatched in 2 – 5 business days depending on the supplier. While we do our best to hold all sizes and colours for every product in stock sometimes because of warehouse logistics or production delays this is not possible. If your backordered products are delayed more than the advised time we will be in contact with you.
What is the free gift with my order?

What brands have a 30 day comfort promise?
Brands with 30 day comfort promise are Steel Blue, FXD, Blundstone, select King Gee footwear, and select Hard Yakka footwear. Do you have custom branding options available?
Yes we have custom branding and D-T-F (direct to fabric) service available. For all custom branding enquires please email us at service@cheapworkboots.com.au
How do I make a claim for a manufacturing fault?
If your purchased has a manufacturing fault you can contact our customer service team at service@cheapworkboots.com.au with your order number, photos of fault and tongue of the boots with label clear and we will get back to you ASAP to resolve the issue.
Do you ship weekends or public holidays?
Our warehouse is not open on weekends, any orders placed over the weekends or public holidays will be processed and prepared the next business day.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. You may return or exchange an unused/unworn product by sending it back to us at your own cost, with the invoice included and a note explaining your request (refund/exchange).
How do I return a product?
Call us on (02) 9417 1292 to request a return or exchange.
Ensure your item is in its original box and packed into a satchel.
Drop the parcel off at your nearest Australia Post office.
Monitor your emails for return updates.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes, for a change of mind exchange, we will contact you once we receive the goods back. A resend/restock fee of $20 applies.
What is your policy for international returns?
International returns (excluding NZ) incur postage and handling costs at the customer's expense. For a size change, re-postage costs must be covered by the customer. Refunds will exclude any original postage costs.
How do I make a claim for a manufacturer fault?
Contact our warranty department via email: service@cheapworkboots.com.au with your order number, a description, and 2 clear images of the fault. We will advise you of the outcome and if a return is required for further inspection.

Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and online payment methods including Mastercard, Visa, Amex, ApplePay, GooglePay, Afterpay, Shop pay and PayPal.
How can I track my order?
Upon dispatch, you will receive an email with a tracking ID and a link to check the delivery status via Australia Post's online tracking tools.
Can I return an item under the 30-day comfort guarantee?
The brands offering a 30-day comfort guarantee are Oliver, Blundstone, and Steel Blue. Returns must be made within 30 days from the receipt date, including the receipt and a note explaining the discomfort, and sent to the following address:

I did not receive an order confirmation, was my order successful?
If you have not received an order confirmation but the purchase was successful with your payment method please contact us ASAP with your name, address and the amount you paid so we can locate and update your order confirmation. If your order has the wrong email you will be unable to receive order progress notifications including tracking once your order is dispatched.
I put the wrong details in my order, how do I update them?
If you put the incorrect details on your order please contact us ASAP at service@cheapworkboots.com.au with the correct details. If your order has already been shipped you are able to redirect your order to the correct address via your Australia Post account. We understand address errors do occur but any return-to-sender orders can be subject to a $10 resend fee.
How can I get my invoice?
If you have not received your order invoice and it is not available to be viewed on the Shop app please contact us.
