Change-of-mind and wrong-fit returns or exchanges can be requested within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date.

Products must be new, unwashed and in resaleable condition with all labels and swing tags attached. Footwear must only be tried on carpet and returned with the original box in new condition.

Return postage for change-of-mind or incorrect-size returns is the responsibility of the customer.

If the footwear is not comfortable, it may be returned in accordance with Blundstone's guarantee conditions.

Fast shipping, polite and professional customer service, however...... The sizing is WAY off..
I'm a size 38 or 7 in EVERY brand.. however I'm apparently a size 4 in these guys sizing..
I bought size 7, had to spend $40 for an exchange on another pair that are also far too big..
I'm not spending another $40, so now I'm stuck with over sized expensive shoes... Not real happy
