RotoFlex is a new range of safety footwear, designed utilising biomechanical principles to provide an outstanding level of comfort and safety for wearers. The resulting RotoFlex range are truly new ‘whole-of-boot’ designs, based on biomechanical research and evidence.

• Introducing the Blundstone 8060 Unisex Rotoflex Zip Up Safety Boots, featuring a Biomechanically conforming nitrile rubber sole for superior grip and stability.

•  The TPU sole is also designed to provide optimal support and energy return, reducing fatigue. With the GripTek® Heavy Duty sole, these boots offer a sturdy foundation from the ground up. Equipped with an industrial grade zip and SoftCell® technology, the #8060 safety boot ensures easy access and a comfortable fit.

• Wide fitting steel toe cap, tested to resist an impact up to 200 joules. The cap also provides the maximum resistance to cuts
• Biomechanically conforming nitrile rubber sole, designed for optimum grip and stability.

• A super elastic energy foam from BASF that works to absorb impact and return energy, lessening fatigue.
• The overarching comfort system, which utilises a combination of specialist materials and a unique biomechanical foot-cradling design for increased stability, balance and manoeuvrability.
• Uniquely constructed footbed with specialised zoning, designed to activate ventilation and provide moisture control and cushioning comfort.
