RotoFlex is a new range of safety footwear, designed utilising biomechanical principles to provide an outstanding level of comfort and safety for wearers.

The resulting RotoFlex range are truly new ‘whole-of-boot’ designs, based on biomechanical research and evidence.

Constructed with durable materials, the Blundstone #9020 Unisex Rotoflex Max Safety Boots feature a signature wheat nubuck design and a cushioned sole for ultimate comfort. 

The premium leather is water-repellent, while the outsole is made of high-quality nitrile rubber from Vibram for improved traction. With a FortaShield steel toe cap and BOA Lacing System, these boots prioritize safety and innovation.

FEATURES:

• Wide fitting steel toe cap, tested to resist an impact up to 200 joules. The cap also provides the maximum resistance to cuts
• Biomechanically conforming nitrile rubber sole, designed for optimum grip and stability.
• Biomechanically conforming TPU sole, designed for optimum grip and stability.
• A super elastic energy foam from BASF that works to absorb impact and return energy, lessening fatigue.
• The overarching comfort system, which utilises a combination of specialist materials and a unique biomechanical foot-cradling design for increased stability, balance and manoeuvrability.
• Uniquely constructed footbed with specialised zoning, designed to activate ventilation and provide moisture control and cushioning comfort.
